作者簡介

  Curtis Stone is the author of six cookbooks, including the New York Times bestseller What’s for Dinner? He is host of Bravo’s Top Chef Masters and Top Chef Duals and regular guest co-host of ABC’s The Chew. He opened restaurant Maude in Beverly Hills in January 2014, offering a market-driven, prix-fixe monthly menu. He is also the creator of Kitchen Solutions, a sleek line of cookware sold by retailers worldwide, and writes a bimonthly column for O: The Oprah Magazine. Born in Melbourne, Australia, Stone honed his skills in London at Café Royal, under legendary three-star Michelin chef Marco Pierre White, and at Mirabelle and the revered Quo Vadis. He lives in Los Angeles with his wife and son.
