Jim Garland has been an elementary physical education teacher for over thirty years. He founded the Motion Masters and Motion Concepts Sports Camps and has coached youth and high school sports. He is the author of two other books in the Baffled Parent’s series, Great Basketball Drills and Great Baseball Drills.
