Rachel M. Krause is an Associate Professor in the School of Public Affairs and Administration at the University of Kansas. Christopher V. Hawkins is an Associate Professor, School of Public Administration, University of Central Florida and co-author of Disaster Resiliency: Interdisciplinary Perspectives. Richard C. Feiock is the Jerry Collins Eminent Scholar of Public Administration and Director of the Local Governance Research Laboratory at the Askew School of Public Administration and Policy at Florida State University. He is the author, co-author and editor of several books including Metropolitan Governance: Conflict, Competition and Cooperation.
