John Ratcliffe is Professor Emeritus at the Dublin University of Technology; he practiced as a Chartered Planning and Development Surveyor for many years. John is now a Strategic Foresight Consultant for the Built Environment.

Michael Stubbs is a Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute and Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. He specializes in planning work and was formerly the land use planner for the National Trust London and South East region. Currently he advises the Chilterns Conservation Board and is a visiting lecturer at UCL The Bartlett School and at Oxford Brookes University.

Miles Keeping is a Chartered Surveyor and foundation Director of Hilbreak sustainability consultants. Miles was formerly Head of Responsible Property Investment at Deloitte Real Estate and prior to held roles as Head of Sustainability at GVA and as a Partner at King Sturge. He was a Senior Lecturer at Oxford Brookes University before joining private practice.
