After you've reviewed the items in your Shopping Cart, proceed to checkout to complete your order.

Books.com.tw accepts a variety of payment options, including credit card, ATM(NTD) and mobile payments.
The following payment methods are available for use:VISA , Mastercard, JCB, UnionPay, and LinePay.

We'll display your order total in NTD currency on the order summary page。

If the credit card number you entered is that of a foreign card, a dual currency screen will appear.
The system will default the "USD" transaction and you may choose the currency in which you want to pay.
If you choose to trade in USD or other currencies, you will be asked to confirm again after sending out.
The actual payment or refund depends on the exchange rate conversion on the day of the order payment and it is advised that you check with the bank that issues your credit card.

Not all products on Books.Com.tw website can be sent to overseas.According Aviation Act, not all goods can be shipped aboard.
If items cannot be sent overseas, we make a note on the product page and the shopping cart.
Please refer to the example "Not available for overseas delivery to home".

If the goods in the order are in stock, the goods will be shipped within1-3 working days (excluding customs inspection).

Home delivery time: 1-4 working days

Pickup in Convenient Store: 1-2 working days

You can find tracking information in your order. Depending on the shipping method you choose, it's possible that the tracking information might not be visible immediately.
We will send an E-mail after the order has been shipped with the delivery information, including the name of the shipping company and delivery number, so that you can use the delivery information on the shipping company’s website to track your package.

Books.com.tw provides a 10-day cooling-off period (including holidays, starting from the day you pick up the goods or the day when the home delivery arrives).

For overseas orders, currently only defective returns can be applied online. If you apply for a product return out of your personal reasons, please send it back by yourself and the postage will not be refunded. If you want to make an exchange due to a defective product, please contact the customer service staff first (Please do not send the goods back by yourself, if you send it back by yourself, please bear the shipping cost by yourself).

Please note that the cooling-off period is not a probation period. If there is any disagreement after inspection of the product you received, please do not open it and use it but immediately return the product according to the return policy.

Return: Please choose EMS when you return the product and pay for the postage to send the goods to the designated place. If we do not receive the goods, or the goods or the packaging is damaged or missing, which can have an impact on your interest of return, thus we will deduct some amount of expense for the restoring of the product according to the extent of damage.

Refund: After 7 working days or so we have received the goods you returned, we will make a refund to your Credit Card/UnionPay Card or bank account. The actual receipt time will depend on the bank operation. On the day of refund, we will send you an E-mail notice.
