When you just meet someone it is hard to say whether that person can be trusted or not. I started dating again, and met somebody that on my opinion was crazy. The relationship didn't work, but I had to understand more about that characteristic personality. Anyway, I got this book thinking that my date was a sociopath. The book actually explained important patterns and gave me my answer. Very useful.

Codependency is toxic and left unchecked can get worse. The thing is, the more you ignore it or don't react, the worse things can get, and that is why I have found this book very helpful, whilst still acting with decent boundaries and respect/compassion.

Every month is filled with season’s remedies blends and useful aromatherapy recipes that anyone can try. Good for beginners and experienced aromatherapy lovers.

The book provides precise explanation of stress relief exercises accompanied by photos (which I find very useful). The exercises are not difficult and some of them don't require special conditions (like going to a gym or putting your sports clothes on) which means that those can be done during your lunch break at work, for example. I especially like the eyes relaxation techniques.
