7-ELEVEN取貨付款,門市可接受以下付款方式:

  1. 現金
  2. 信用卡:單筆5000元(含)以下(適用之信用卡發卡銀行依超商規定)。
  3. OPENPOINT點數折抵:須主動告知門市人員並出示OPENPOINT APP的「點數折抵條碼」(打開APP首頁>右上方會員條碼>點數折抵7-ELEVEN專用)

※辦理退款時,款項將會退至訂購會員之博客來帳戶餘額內。(請參考帳戶餘額使用相關說明)

※統一超商部分門市無法提供刷卡之服務,為避免您的不便,請於繳費前先行詢問該門市人員,是否有提供信用卡刷卡繳費服務。詳細信用卡支付說明請見統一超商官網

7-ELEVEN取貨相關說明 TOP

《博客來零元包裏條碼取貨》功能,由於雙方公司無法繼續維運系統,經過深思熟慮,將終止此項服務的合作關係,並於2024年5月31日起終止。

終止服務後,您將無法再使用此項服務。屆時領取零元包裏時,請備妥身份證件,以供門市人員查核,以協助您順利取件。造成不便,敬請見諒,並感謝您一直以來的支持和理解。

若您選擇7-ELEVEN取貨,商品將寄送至訂購時選擇的7-ELEVEN門市,您可於7日內(含例假日)前往取件。

需付款之包裹:取件時請告知門市人員,收件人姓名、訂購時留填手機末三碼或配送編號(您可於取貨通知函中得知此編號),付款時僅需支付已取得之商品金額。

毋需付款之包裹(零元包裹)請需備妥有相片之證件,以利門市人員查驗;針對此類型包裹,待包裹送達門市後,博客來也與7-ELEVEN配合,提供零元包裹『條碼取件』免出示證件查驗服務。相關操作說明,如下:

Step1: 包裹配達門市後,登入博客來APP(或行動博客來),點選會員專區,於交易紀錄內點選『訂單查詢』。

Step2: 點選欲取件的訂單編號,即可看到『零元取件_產生取件條碼』,並點擊『產生取件條碼』。

 

Step3: 取貨條碼產出,出示給超商店員進行刷讀,即可完成此次取件。

 

※ 當商品出貨至門市後,於取貨期限內未被領取,會員資料中將會產生7-ELEVEN未取件記錄。未取件記錄達 3次 以上(含 3次),未來將無法再使用7-ELEVEN取貨付款方式訂購。

 

選擇「7-ELEVEN取貨」但收到商品材積過大無法配達門市通知信 Pay at Pick-up in at the 7-ELEVEN store” but the Volume of Commodities Is Too Big and Cannot sent it to the store TOP

若您的訂單選擇7-ELEVEN取貨方式,但物流中心於出貨時發現商品體積過大情形無法送至門市時,我們將以Email通知您變更配送方式為『宅配到府』(不加收運費);取貨付款訂單則變更為『客樂得取貨付現』,屆時商品將直接為您宅配到府並收取現款。

而您於會員專區的訂單狀態將變更為「包裹過大無法送達門市」,請您可至會員專區>訂單查詢,於該筆訂單的『訂單處理狀態』欄位點擊『變更』鈕後,於系統上回填配送資訊(收件姓名、聯絡電話、寄送地址) ,若逾期未變更,屆時將為您取消此筆訂單訂購。

提醒您:商品體積較大或多於15項,可能不適用7-ELEVEN取貨,建議您可更改其他取貨方式。

單項商品無法選擇「7-ELEVEN取貨」?Has individual commodity no choice to select "Pick up at 7-ELEVEN" ? TOP

由轉廠商出貨的商品,及某些單品本身已超過門市材積限制,將無法選擇「7-ELEVEN取貨」。

"Pick up at 7-ELEVEN" service is not available for the proudcts which are shipped by the supplier or the size of some items are beyond the limitation of the store.   

 

部分轉廠商出貨商品不提供「7-ELEVEN取貨」(請您可參考商品網頁,運送方式說明)

We don't provide "Pick up at 7-ELEVEN." for the products which are shipped by Supplier.

 

商品頁將提示您「購買後由廠商出貨」。

In our product page, we will notify that"  the Supplier will  ship the product directly to you.

 

購物車也將出現「轉廠商出貨」訊息。

The words of "Shipped by Supplier"  will also appears on the shopping cart.  

 

單品材積限制

有兩種呈現方式:

1.書籍類商品若因材積限制,不提供「7-ELEVEN取貨」服務,將呈現如下圖。

2.百貨類商品則直接將目前可提供的出貨運送方式標示如下圖。

無法選擇「7-ELEVEN取貨」的單品,於購物車中也將出現提示。

 We will list the individual commodity that cannot  7-ELEVEN Payment upon Pick up in the cart as well. 

如何先拿到有庫存的商品?如何分批出貨?How to get the finished goods in advance? TOP

若選擇7-ELEVEN取貨,且訂單實際付款金額達700元,即可選擇於3~5天後先拿到訂購時有庫存之商品。

For those who choose Pick up at 7-ELEVEN and  the order is over TWD700, they can choose to receive the products in stock first after order placement 3-5 days later.

 

※若訂單包含任選促銷活動商品、或全館滿額加購品 / 贈品,同一筆訂單的活動品項需一起出貨,不適用於有貨先出。

 ※  If the order contains products featured in sales-promotion or add-on items/free gifts all products of this order will be ship to you in the same batch.

找不到我要的取貨門市 Why Can’t I Find the Store Pick-up Location ? TOP

若您選擇的門市在地圖中找不到,其可能的狀況包括:門市內部整修、系統設定變更、門市資料更新、新門市資料尚未建檔、非冷凍店取門市...等(不一定是指該門市停止營業),請先選擇其他門市。

If you can’t find the store you selected in the map, it may be related to the store is under renovation, changing of system setting, updating of store information, new store information has not been documented, etc. (it doesn’t mean that this store is closed). Please choose another store first.  

7-ELEVEN電子地圖相關問題The related problems in 7-ELEVEN e-map TOP

  • 選擇門市時出現input error、畫面空白、開啟逾時、瀏覽時間過長或合作廠商傳送資料有誤?
    以上的錯誤訊息可能與會員電腦設定有關。IE的使用者請選擇工具列上的「工具」→「Internet 選項」→「一般」,刪除cookies;並從「工具」→「Internet 選項」→「安全性」→「Internet」→「自訂層級」,在視窗下方「重設自訂設定」中的設定改為 "中安全性"後,再重新上網試試看。

  Why "input error," blank, timeout,  unreasonable long browsing time or the information of the supplier given are wrong appeared on the screen when choosing the store.

The reason why the wrong information on the above appeared on the screen may have associated with the computer setup of the member. For IE user, please go to toolbar to select  "Tool"   →  " Internet" →  "General" → "Delete Cookies." Then go to "Tool"→ "Internet" → "Safety" → "Internet" →  "Custom level setting". Change the setting of "reset custom setting" shown in the bottom of screen to "   mid-level safety."    Then, access to the internet and try again.

 

  • 電子地圖中的門市地址有誤?
    若您發現電子地圖中的訊息與實際地址不符,請來函客服中心提供完整的訊息,我們將請統一資訊查詢確認。 煩請選擇工具列上的「工具」→「網際網路選項」→「隱私」→「進階」→勾選「覆寫自動cookie處理」後,再重新試試看。

What can I do if Enter the wrong store address in the e-map?  

If you find that you have typed the wrong store address in the e-map, please write and provide the right information to our customer service so that we can integrate, check and confirm the information. Please go to toolbar, select "tool" →"Internet" → "privacy" → "upgrade" → check "Override automatic cookie handling."  Then, try again.

    請來函客服中心,提供完整的訊息,包含:您的電腦作業系統種類與版本(如Windows XP Sp2)、瀏覽器種類與版本(如IE7.0)、防毒軟體種類與版本(如卡巴斯基5.0)、操作過程、所選擇門市名稱、使用電子地圖時間,我們將儘速回覆您!

Other  situations 

Please write to provide the complete information to the customer service, including the type and the version of your computer operating system (like Windows XP Sp2), your Server (like IE7.0),  your antivirous software (like  Kaspersky5.0) , operation process, the  name of  the store you selected and the time you use the e-map. We can get back to you as soon as possible.

原本選擇的門市暫停服務怎麼辦 What can I do if the service of the selected store is suspended? TOP

當會員已完成訂單,但原本選擇的門市因上述情形無法提供取貨服務時,博客來將發送變更門市的通知函至會員信箱中,請您至「會員專區」中變更取貨門市。

After complete the order, books.com.tw will send the change pick-up store notification to member's email box if the selected store cannot provide the pick-up service due to the  situations we mentioned above. Please go to "My Account" to change the pick-up store.

收不到取貨通知或簡訊 Why I didn't get pick-up notification or sms ? TOP

取貨通知 Pick-up notification         

博客來會直接將取出貨通知發送至原訂單資料中的E-mail address,若會員未收到取貨通知,亦可至「會員專區」中查詢訂單的處理進度。

若時常發生無法收到取貨通知的情形,可能因為mail server的擋信機制阻擋了部分郵件(博客來有多台mail server,有些可能符合您使用的mail server所設之檔信條件)或是部份免費信箱偶有收不到我們的通知信的狀況,建議您下次訂購時填寫最常用的信箱(如公司信箱或付費信箱),以免收不到通知。

Books.com.tw will send the delivery notification to the E-mail address you left in your order information. The member who doesn’t receive the pick-up notification can as well as go to the “ My account” to check the current progress of the order.

If you often don’t receive the pick-up notification, it may be because some of your mails are blocking by mail scanner in the email server. (There are many mail servers in the books.com.tw. Some may activate the mail scanner in your mail server and result in email blocking,) or some free email box may not able to receive our notification. For that reason, to receive all the notifications, we suggest you to give your commonly used email address in your next time order (, such as business email or paid mail service.)

簡訊通知 SMS notification   

博客來是待商品至門市的4天後仍未被領取,才會發送簡訊通知會員取貨。而發送的手機號碼則是依您於訂購流程所留手機號碼的資料為準,若您未收到簡訊,可能是您留的資料有誤。另外亦可於「會員專區」中查詢訂單處理進度。

Books.com.tw will send SMS notification to notify the members to pick their commodity up four days after the members don’t pick up their commodity in the store. The phone number we will send the SMS will be the phone number you left in your order. The reason why you don’t get the SMS may be the information you left is wrong. Moreover, you can as well as go to “My account” to check the current progress of your order.

If you download and access to the 博客來快找APP in your mobile phone, you will  receive the delivery notification right away once we ship out your order, which is the most efficient shopping secretary of yours.

到門市領不到商品 What can I do if I cannot get my commodity in the store ? TOP

請來電02-26535588或來函客服中心與博客來客服連絡,以便我們向門市人員確認。

Please contact our customer service by dialing 02-26535588 or by email so that we can confirm with the store staff.

 

※提醒您,至門市取貨時,請告知門市人員原訂單資料中的「收件人姓名」(若當初留的是英文姓名或其他暱稱,則需以此名稱取貨)。

※若您的包裹毋需付款即可領取(零元包裹),為確保您的取件權益,收件人姓名須與身份證相同,請填寫身份證之真實姓名,並備妥身份證明文件如:身分證、護照、健保卡、駕照、識別證、學生證..等,以利取件。

Special reminder: Please inform the recipient’s name written in the order form to the store staff when pick your package up. (If the name you left in the order form is your English name or other nickname, please pick your package up with such name.)                            
If the pick-up package in the store with no payment required (free packaging), to ensure your right in picking up the package, the name of the recipient must be the same as the name on ID. So, please write down your full name and get your IDs ready, such as personal ID, passport, health ID card, driver license and student ID, to get your package.   

 

包裹沒有條碼無法取貨 Can I pick up my package without shipping code ? TOP

一般博客來出貨到門市的包裹均附有出貨條碼,以供門市人員刷讀及入帳,若至門市取貨時,包裹上缺少條碼資料而無法取件,請來電或於來函中提供訂單編號或欲領取的商品名稱,博客來客服將為您查詢條碼序號,煩請您再撥冗至門市,由門市人員以key in的方式輸入,即可完成取貨。

There are shipping codes in all of the packages books.com.tw send to the store for the store staff to scan and enter an item in an account. As you go to the store to pick up your package, you cannot get it because there is no shipping code on your package. Please call or write to the customer service of books.com.tw to inform your order number or the product name you want to pick up. The customer staff will check the serial numbers for you. Once you get the numbers, you can go to the store again and give the number to the store staff. You can get your package after the staff keys in the number into the record.

可以延長取貨時間嗎 Can I extend my pick-up time ? TOP

7-ELEVEN取貨時間無法更改、延期或由人員指定出貨時間,且由於出貨條碼有效期限亦僅有7天,若逾期包裹條碼將無法刷讀。故若會員在取貨期間不克前往領取,建議委託他人代領,以免包裹遭退回。

The pick-up time in the 7-ELEVEN store is unchangeable, cannot be extended or specify the shipping time. Besides, the shipping code can only last for 7 days. You won’t be able to scan the shipping code once it is overdue. For that reason, to avoid the package to get return, we suggest you to ask someone else to pick the package up for you if you cannot pick it up during the pickup time.

 

如何設定常用門市?How to set up my frequently used 7-ELEVEN Payment upon Pick up store TOP

我們提供會員儲存五組常用門市,方便您於結帳流程中選用,若要設定常用門市,請您至「會員專區」下方「各項設定/維護」中選擇「常用門市、收件資訊」。

We can save five  frequently used store for our members to select during the checkout. To set up the frequently used stores。

 

 

選擇「新增常用門市」新增選單,最多可加入5組常用門市。

Then, choose Add to frequently use store" to add a new store,  5 stores at most. 

您還可設定編輯順序,於訂購時,將優先選用編輯順序第一順位的門市。若未設定編輯順序,或設定順序相同時,將優先選用您先加入選單的門市。

You can as well as set up  the sequence of the stores so that you can select your first priority store  to deliver the commodity you ordered. If you don't  set up their sequences or those of in the same sequence, then the system will select the first store you added in as the place of delivery.  

 

 

設定完成後請記得選擇「儲存變更」才算完成選單異動。

To complete the changes of the  please make sure to save it after set up your pick-up stores. 

若您要移除選單中的門市,請勾選「移除」後再選擇「儲存變更」即可。

To remove the stores you add in the menu, you can check  "Remove" and then choose "Save Changes" to   complete it.

提醒您:若您選擇的常用門市,因遇到以下狀況:門市裝修、暑休、搬遷、改店號、特定日不配送貨品或天候等臨時狀況導致門市暫歇等原因,將暫停提供取貨服務。

Note: if the frequently use store you selected is temporarily closed due to the following reasons, such like  store is under renovation, in summer vocation, relocation,  store name change,  no delivery available in certain day or   bad weather,  the pick-up service will be suspended.    

忘記取貨的商品被退回,是否能重新出貨 If I forget to pick my package up within 7-day pickup period and return the product I ordered, can books.com.tw rership my ret? TOP

若包裹已過取貨時間,您仍需要包裹中的商品,則需重新下訂單訂購。

If you still need the product in the overdue package, you need to reorder it again.

選擇7-ELEVEN取貨是否可以使用icash/OPEN錢包支付 ? TOP

目前7-ELEVEN取貨暫不提供icash卡/OPEN錢包/icash Pay支付功能,您可參考7-ELEVEN取貨說明

為什麼無法選擇7-ELEVEN取貨?Why can't I select Pick up at 7-11? TOP

因7-ELEVEN門市空間有限,若您的訂單符合以下情形,建議您改選擇『宅配到府』。

We have limited storage spaces in the 7-ELEVEN store so we recommend you to change Delivery to Home. if your orders under the following conditions:

 

  • 訂購商品數量較多(書本約15-18本)。
  •  If the number of commodities purchased is large (about 15-18 books
  • 訂單金額滿20000元以上。
  • If the order amount exceeds $20,000.
  • 單項商品無法選擇「7-ELEVEN取貨」。
  • The “Pick up at 7-ELEVEN”service does not provide apply on single item delivery.

 

除了以上因素,系統亦會依據會員取貨狀況,滾動式調整7-ELEVEN取貨付款服務,請您可先確認是否尚有訂單未完成取件,或可參考其他付款方式付款。

若您7-ELEVEN未取件次數過多,亦無法提供您此服務(請參考未取件記錄說明)。若您欲查詢未取貨記錄明細,請至「會員專區」中查詢。如未取貨資料有誤,請再聯絡客服人員為您處理。

已取貨或已取消訂單,卻仍收到取貨通知 Why do I still receive the pick-up notification for my cancled or picked up order ? TOP

由於系統會依據7-ELEVEN門市回傳的資料發送第二次取貨通知或簡訊通知,但有時門市未即時將取貨記錄回傳,或當時回傳資料過於龐大,以致系統無法立即過濾取件名單。故若您已取件,請無需理會此通知即可。

Our system will send out the 2nd pick up notification or SMS notification to our members based on the information 7-ELEVEN store returned to us. However, because the stores sometimes don’t return the picked up record immediately or the information they returned at that time is so big that our system cannot screen out the picked up list right away. For that matter, just ignore the notification if you’ve picked your package up.

 

而當會員取消訂單後,卻仍收到取貨通知,其應是由於您於商品狀態為「出貨中」時取消訂購,故有可能發生取消不成功的情形,煩請您來函提供訂單編號及商品名稱,以便客服人員為您查詢。

The reason why you still receive picked up notification after canceled the order is because the product status is in “Ship out” by the time you canceled your order, which means that you are failed to cancel your order. Please write us to provide your order number and product name.  Our customer service staff can check for you.

 

查詢「7-ELEVEN取貨」未取件記錄 How can I check the record of Pick up at 7-ELEVEN items TOP

您可於【會員專區/訂單查詢】確認7-ELEVEN未取件筆數(請參考未取件記錄說明)。

若您欲查詢未取貨記錄明細或者未取貨資料有誤,請再聯絡客服人員為您處理。

You can confirm the number of 7-ELEVEN store unpicked up items in the “ My account/order status.” For those who want to check the records for unpicked up orders, please write to provide us your my  account and note that you want to check the record of unpicked up items. The customer service staff will get back to you as soon as possible.

選擇7-ELEVEN取貨,未領取包裹會有什麼影響 TOP

當商品出貨後,若未於取貨期限內完成取貨,將會產生未取件記錄,若一年內的未取件記錄達3次(含),將會暫時無法使用7-ELEVEN取貨。

為避免影響您日後使用取貨付款服務的權益,請您下單前謹慎選購,同時留意取貨通知信函或手機簡訊通知,並於取貨期間內撥空前往取貨。

The return service books.com.tw provided to the 7-ELEVEN stores

步驟1:收到包裹10天猶豫期內登入會員專區,於「訂單查詢」中的訂單編號下方點入「看完整內容」,點選上方【申請退貨】按鈕。

Step 1: After get your package, within 10 days, you can go to “My account/,” select the order number in the “Order status,” click on “full order content” at the bottom of order number and choose the Apply for return.”

 

步驟2:進入退貨申請畫面,請勾選欲退貨的商品、數量及原因後送出申請(同一包裹,僅能申請一次)。

Go to “Apply for Return,” check the product, the amount you want to return and its reason and send out the application (One return application only for each package.)

 

步驟3:系統將會提供一筆7-ELEVEN退貨便編號,請您將商品、贈品、附件妥善包裝完整,並於申請退貨隔天起兩天內(不含申請當天)至7-ELEVEN  ibon辦理退貨(請參考7-ELEVEN退貨便說明)。

Step3: After get the 7-ELEVEN store return code from the system, complete packed your product, free-gift and attachment and process the return through 7-ELEVEN store ibon within 2 days from the next day of your return application (the day of applying return is excluded) (Please see the description of 7-ELEVEN store return.”)

訂單已經完成,可以更改成其他付款方式或是修改訂單內容嗎 After complete the order, can I change my payment terms or order content? TOP

由於訂單完成後其付款方式、訂購內容、金額及數量即無法做任何的變更,因此若您欲變更付款方式或修改訂購內容(例追加訂購書籍),請煩請先於「會員專區」中取消原訂單,或來電/函通知客服人員為您取消原訂單後,另外重新訂購即可。

Because the payment items, order contents (such as buy more books), the amount and the quantity of the product is unchangeable after complete the order, before change the payment item or order content, please go to “My account” to cancel your original order or call/ write to inform our customer service staff to cancel your original order for you. Then, reorder the product you want.

為什麼我購買的冷凍商品無法選擇超商取貨? TOP

因目前7-ELEVEN門市冷凍空間有限,若單品本身、訂購總數量超過門市可容納材積限制,或某些單品廠商尚未提供此服務,則無法運送至7-ELEVEN門市,商品頁將不會出現「7-ELEVEN取貨」服務(示意圖如下),建議您可改宅配到府。

冷凍商品門市取貨服務說明 TOP

若您的冷凍商品選擇7-ELEVEN取貨,廠商寄出後的1~2天可到7-ELEVEN門市取件(實際出貨日期,仍需視廠商作業狀況而定),商品到門市後,將發送簡訊通知您,您可於收到取貨簡訊後4日內(含假日)前往取件,若超過取貨期限未取,將退回給廠商,無法再重新配送。
特別留意:
1.若遇門市冷凍空間不足、門市整修….狀況,將無法於7-ELEVEN取件,我們將有專人與您聯繫處理。

為何在購物車中,無法選擇常用門市 ? TOP

因非所有7-ELEVEN門市,皆有冷凍容納空間,故若您購買的商品中含有冷凍食品,
則不開放『常用門市』選擇,避免您的『常用門市』無冷凍容納空間,建議您可透過冷凍門市地圖,選擇您方便取件的門市。

 

結帳時找不到我要取貨的7-ELEVEN門市? TOP

若您欲選擇的門市在購物車地圖或列表中找不到,可能的狀況包括:非冷凍商品取貨門市、門店冷凍空間不足、門店整修、系統設定變更、門店資料更新、新門店資料尚未建檔...等(不一定是指該門市停止營業),建議您請先選擇其他門市。

冷凍商品配達門市後,為何收不到取貨通知或簡訊? TOP

冷凍商品送達門市日時,即會發送簡訊通知會員取貨;第2天則會發送取件通知信件,若商品到門市的第4天仍未被領取,則會再發送第二次的簡訊及取貨通知信件。而發送的手機號碼則是依您於訂購流程所留手機號碼的資料為準,若您未收到簡訊,可能是您留的資料有誤。另外亦可於「會員專區」中查詢訂單處理進度。
