As an e-payment app operated by icash Corp., icash Pay supports cooperative bank accounts or mobile payments with a credit card. For more details, please refer to the icash Pay instructions for use.

 

• Cannot be redeemed for OPENPOINT;
• Payment in installments is unacceptable;
• Support e-payment, bank account payment, and credit card payment;
• Please make your payment within 20 minutes so that a notice will be sent informing you of whether or not the payment is successful. By then, you may also go to the My Account to check it up.

若您於購物流程將icash Pay支付頁面關閉或付款失敗，您可至「會員專區」-「訂單查詢」及訂購函中進行付款；訂單完成後20分鐘內，若未完成付款，系統將自動為您進行訂單取消，建議您可重新成立訂單後再進行支付。

If you accidentally close the icash Pay webpage or fail to make a payment during the shopping process, you may go to the "My Account " - "order inquiry" and make your payment on the order letter. If you haven't made a payment within 20 minutes after the order is placed, the system will automatically cancel the order for you. It is advised that you placed a new order before making a payment again.

• Point calculation method: the actual consumption amount of a single product * point rebate % (rounding off to the second decimal place).
• The actual consumption amount does not include order processing fee, shipping fee, credit card service fee, e-coupon, single book coupon, single product coupon,Books Coins, and discount per specific amount of purchase made.
• "Game card", "magazine subscription" and Book Your Life ticket service are not involved in the point rebate activity.
