We currently accept the credit cards of three card-issuing institutions including VISA, Master Card, and JCB.

 

2.若您選擇信用卡線上刷卡，當按下確認送出訂單後，系統會先產生訂單編號，並連結至聯合3D刷卡頁面。

If you choose to make your credit card payment online, the system will first generate the order number and link to the EMV 3DS page when you click Confirm to send out the order form.

 

3.請於30分鐘內提供正確信用卡資料，需先全額付清訂單金額，博客來將與信用卡中心進行資料核對，若無任何問題，系統將連回博客來網站，顯示完成訂購畫面。而付款是否成功將再發函通知，您屆時亦可至會員專區進行查詢。

Please provide correct credit card information within 30 minutes and the order amount must be paid in full in the first place. Books.com.tw will check the information with the credit card center. If there are no problems, the system will connect back to the Books.com.tw  website and display the order completion screen. If the payment is successful, a letter will be sent again and you may also check in the My account.

 

4.付款完成後，商品將寄送至訂單資料上的收件地址或是您指定的7-ELEVEN門市。

After the payment is completed, the goods will be sent to the receiving address on the order information or the 7-ELEVEN store you designated. We are here to remind you not to interrupt the network, return to the previous page, close the webpage, or refresh the webpage when making your credit card payment.

Books.com.tw website adopts Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology combined with 3D verification to ensure the security of members’ credit card information. It is advised that members make a credit card payment to save time for transfers.

2.由於博客來使用3D驗證，使用信用卡交易時，國際卡組織會依CARD BIN(卡號前六碼)檢驗這張卡是否為3D卡片。若會員以信用卡交易時出現錯誤、或拒絕交易的訊息，需請您與發卡銀行聯繫。

Since Books.com.tw  uses 3D verification, the Card Association will check whether or not the card is a 3D card according to CARD BIN (the first six digits of the card number) when you make a credit card payment. If there is an error or transaction rejection message when a member makes a credit card payment, please contact the issuing bank of your credit card.

您還可選擇「信用卡分期」付款方式。

You may also choose to pay in installment with your credit card.

由於不同的付款方式分別是採用不同的作業系統，目前未提供您直接更改付款方式的服務。若您欲更改付款方式，煩請先於「會員專區」中取消原訂單，或來電來函客服人員為您取消原訂單後，另外重新訂購即可。

Since different payment methods adopt different operating systems, there is currently no service for you to switch to another payment method directly. If you want to switch to another payment method, please cancel the original order in the "My account" first, or call the customer service staff to cancel the original order for you before you place an order all over again.

若您於購物流程將刷卡付款頁面關閉，您可至「會員專區」-「訂單查詢」及訂購函中進行付款；訂單完成後30分鐘內，若未完成付款，系統將自動為您進行訂單取消，建議您可重新成立訂單後再進行支付。

If you close the card payment page during the shopping process, you can go to "My account" -"Order Enquiry" and make payment in the order letter. If the payment is not completed within 30 minutes after the order is completed, the system will automatically cancel the order for you. It is advised that you refill the order before making a payment.
