With UnionPay online payment, it takes 30 minutes to confirm whether the authorization is completed. A letter will be sent to inform you whether the transaction is successful or not, and you can also check it in the My account.

• 若您的訂單金額滿10000元以上，無提供銀聯卡付款服務，建議您改選擇其他付款方式(例如：信用卡、ATM轉帳…等)
• 支付成功頁面僅係您的銀聯卡發卡行初步回應訊息，您的交易是否完成，需等待30分鐘後，確認銀聯卡實際授權是否完成，交易是否成功將再發函通知，屆時也可至會員專區進行查詢。倘若於訂購過程中出現錯誤訊息，則為銀聯卡行發出錯誤訊息，建議您可先與銀聯卡發卡行查詢或可點選更換其他卡片付款，勿將付款視窗關閉，避免無法再次支付。

The payment success page is only the initial response message from your UnionPay card issuer. As to whether your transaction is completed, please wait for 30 minutes to confirm whether the actual authorization of the UnionPay card is completed so that a letter will be sent to notify you of the successful transaction. You may also go to the My account for inquiries. If an error message appears during the ordering process, the UnionPay card bank must've issued an error message. It is advised that you check with your UnionPay card issuer first or click to switch to another card for payment. Do not close the payment window to avoid being unable to pay again.
