您可點選商品頁的【我要送書】、【我要送課】，或可直接於購物車結帳頁更改【送給朋友】的數量，付款完成後，即可轉贈數位商品給您的親友。

You may click "send an e-book to others" on the product webpage of the e-book or you may change the number of "gift to a friend" on the checkout webpage of the shopping cart. After making the payment, you may transfer the e-book to your relatives and friends as a gift.

step 2 .  調整送給朋友的數量 Adjust the number of the e-books

step 3 . 至會員專區：數位商品轉贈/贈品管理，開始送書 /課To My Account : E-book as Gift/Gift Management

step 4 .  點選【我要送書/課】 Click "Send An E-book to Others"

step 5 .  選擇 Email 或 複製贈書連結 方式送書 Choose "send by E-mail" or "copy the link" to send the e-book as a gift

付款完成且逾商品上市日後，您即可至會員專區>數位商品轉贈/贈品管理，將您購買的數位商品贈送給您的親友。

After making the payment and meeting the product launching day, you may go to the member section/e-book & gift management to send the e-book you have purchased to your relatives and friends as a gift.

After you pay for the pre-sale e-book and wait until the day of the product launch, you may go to the  My Account/e-book & gift management to send the e-book you purchased to your relatives and friends.

After you go to the My Account/e-book & gift management, you may choose (1)email (2)copy and paste the e-book link to your relatives and friends.

如果對方已經有該數位商品，就無法再次取得相同的贈書/課。您可以相同方式再次轉贈其他人。

If the receipients already have this e-book, they may not be able to receive the same e-book again. And you may transfer the e-book to another person.

數位商品贈送品項，可於訂購後享有10天猶豫期(超過即無法受理)，一經領用後，則無法辦理退貨，若未確定有使用需求前，請勿轉贈他人或是自行領用，以免影響您退貨的權益。

未經領用的商品，如需退貨，請於10天猶豫期至會員專區的【數位商品轉贈/贈品管理】，於該品項後方點擊【未領用贈書/課退貨】鈕，確認相關訊息，即可送出申請，申請完成後，我們將進行領用權利作廢並儘速為您辦理款項退回，後續將以E-mail 進行通知。

您可至會員專區【數位商品轉贈/贈品管理】明細查看狀態，如為：已領用，則表示該數位商品已被兌換。

You may visit the "e-book & gift management" in the member section. If the status becomes: redeemed, it means that the e-book has been redeemed.

Yes. If you haven't got this e-book yet, you may go to the member section/e-book & gift management and click "read it yourself" so that we can transfer the e-book to your personal e-bookshelf.

 

如果您所贈送的數位商品(有聲書、影音‧課程)，有隨書提供附加檔案（PDF、講義…等），對方完成領用流程後，可至會員專區>電子書櫃>「影音課程講義」進行下載。
