由於基本資料及密碼是會員之個人隱私，為保障博客來會員基本資料之安全，請自行至「會員專區」下方「客戶資料/帳號管理」中選擇『修改博客來資料/密碼』修改 Since the personal information and password are the member's personal privacy, please go to the "My Account ", scroll down "customer information/account management", and select "change Book Your Life personal information/password" yourself to ensure your personal information security 。

請來函或來電至博客來客服，告知刪除帳號原因並附上基本資料，我們將於收到您提供的資料後，與您聯絡確認 Please write a letter or call Books.com.tw customer service to inform us of the reason you want to delete the account and your personal information so that we can contact you as soon as we receive the information you provide。

提供資料包含：姓名、會員帳號、連絡電話、會員地址及正確的出生年月 The information provided includes name, account number, contact number, member address, and your exact birthday。

※若您有連結綁定uniopen會員帳號，請您先至「uniopen會員帳號連結管理」解除連結uniopen帳號 If you have connected to a binding uniopen account, please go to the "uniopen Account/Books coins " and remove the uniopen Account. ​。

※帳號刪除後，會員所有的訂購記錄(包含取消、退款…等資料)亦將一併刪除，日後博客來將無法自會員刪除的帳號中查詢到各種資料After the account is deleted, all the member's order records (including cancellation, refund, and other information) will also be deleted, and Books.com.tw will not be able to find any information from the account deleted by the member。

由於會員帳號與訂購記錄等資料息息相關，故無法更改。若您欲修改帳號，請先申請「刪除帳號」再重新申請 As the member account is closely related to the order history and other information, it cannot be changed. If you want to modify your account, please apply for "delete account" first and then reapply for a new account again。

※ 若您原本申請資料誤填為未滿18歲，欲修改生日需請您傳真身份證明文件，始能修改  If you made a mistake by filling your age as under 18 years old, please fax us your identity document so that you can change your birthday。
