A: How much is this bracelet?
B: It’s 850 dollars.
A: 這手鍊多少錢？
B: 八百五十元。

A: Could you make it 600 for me?
B: You must be kidding me. 800 is my best offer.
A: 可以算我六百嗎？
B: 你在開玩笑吧！我最低只能算你八百。

A: Well, if the price can’t go any lower, then I don’t need it.  
B: Alright, if you really like it, I’ll make it 700 for you.
A: Deal!
A: 唉，如果價格不能再低一點，我就不要了。
B: 好啦，如果你真的喜歡，我就算你七百好了。
A: 成交！

別以為在台灣的夜市或路邊攤逛街購物才能享受殺價（bargain）的樂趣噢！在國外購物，討價還價（negotiating prices）也是很正常的事情。如果想跟賣家議個價，請對方給個折扣（discount），會是個滿好的開始！但是並不是任何地方都可以殺價噢！一般標示著不二價（fixed price）的精品商店或是百貨公司，有固定的折扣標準，價格可不是跟店員你來我往個兩句就可以決定的。
