“Okay!” he said. “How about we trash talk, one thing I can still beat you at.”
 
“Sure,” I shrugged.
 
“You know what’s the difference between you and that woman over there?” He asked. I shook my head.
 
“She has a brain!” He said triumphantly. Meh, it’s not that good. I thought to myself.
 
“You know what the difference is with you and that guy?” I retorted, taking a page from Knifemaster’s book.
 
“What?”
 
“He actually has a life,” I finished. Knifemaster was about to say something but I lit my hand alight and sent two fireballs into Knifemaster’s face followed by gasps of astonishment from the crowd.
 
“Burn,” I remarked, a satisfied smile spreading across my face. “And I was just warming up. With more of those burns, I’ll probably be in the hall of flame. Hey, I’m on fire!” A lot of sniggers at the puns. I stood up on a tree stump, addressing the whole crowd.
