英倫Pub Rock、Blues Rock、New Wave搖滾先驅樂團「開心醫生合唱團Dr. Feelgood」，於1971年在英格蘭北部Essex成立，由主唱兼演奏口琴的Lee Brilleaux和吉他手Wilko Johnson為核心，邀請貝斯手John B Sparks及鼓手The Big Figure共同加入。組團之後的他們，在各大小酒吧裡演出逐漸受到矚目及肯定，許多英倫搖滾的後輩都多多少少受到他們的影響。至今仍活躍於樂壇的Dr. Feelgood，依舊在各地巡迴演出，樂團自出道以來的四十年期間，期間經歷團員不斷地更替，但仍保持重要地位。樂團靈魂人物Wilko Johnson於1977年的離隊，對他們來說可說是一個重要的分水嶺，以此為界可將樂隊的作品開始分為前期和後期。樂團前期的作品，以Blues Rock為基底，有著極為真誠且直接的熱情，傳遞出充滿強大撼動力的搖滾樂章，在帶有迷人的龐克基因之下，唱出所有市井小民的心聲，這也是Dr. Feelgood樂團最令人懷念的一段時期。

就在樂團出道屆滿四十年之際，唱片公司特地將Dr. Feelgood的Wilko Johnson時期作品，重新整理發行概念精選《All Through The City(With Wilko 1974-1977)》。這張選集結自1975發行的首張專輯《Down By The Jetty》、1975年首次打入Top20的《Malpractice》、1976年登上專輯冠軍寶座的《Stupidity》、1977年AMG給予四星好評的《Sneakin’ Suspicion》…等四張專輯裡面當中所有的曲目，其中包含經典單曲〈She Does It Right〉、〈Roxette〉、〈Boom Boom〉、〈Sneakin’ Suspicion〉、〈Stupidity〉、〈Lucky Seven〉..全都一網打盡。除此之外，專輯還收錄多首非專輯、從未發行、現場演唱…等作品，以3CD的形式重新數位化錄製超值收錄七十首歌曲。

特地企劃的DVD，則爆碟收錄有著〈She Does It Right〉、〈Roxette〉、〈Boom Boom〉、〈All Through The City〉、〈Back in the Night〉、〈You Shouldn’t Call the Doctor (If You Can’t Afford The Bills)〉…等22首現場演出實況記錄的影像蒐藏。特殊包裝的部分則將樂團的大紀事重新編排，並網羅多張樂團極為珍貴的漏網照片。
