Officer Calvin Geller is a state trooper with an attitude. He's big and he's bad and he's bald ... and Mr. Clean he's not. He's recently had a roadside run in with Janet Wilkins, an innocent gal with a psychic secret. He has framed Janet for a crime she didn't commit and is hot on her trail.
