內容簡介

HOW TO MAKE BETTER, MORE CONSCIOUS CHOICES FOR OPTIMUM HEALTH, FROM A BODY-MIND-SOUL HEALTH & FITNESS LEADER... Many of today's foods, personal products, technology and household products are harming your health; now, Andrea Switzer reveals numerous easy substitutions, better choices for a healthier life. The leading-edge insights in this book take the reader far beyond modern medicine to help one attain optimum health: -Learn about obesogens, obesity-causing harmful foods, and some easy substitutions; -See how some common products can be the root cause of health issues; learn how to protect your health from toxic elements in our environment, technologies and foods; -Understand how your emotions, thoughts, beliefs and attitudes create your state-of-health; and; -Discover simple body-mind-soul choices for losing weight and keeping it off permanently. "Your health today has been shaped by the conscious and unconscious choices you have made up this point in your life; optimum health comes from balance, a balance of the right foods for you, the right exercise for your particular body and more. This 'more' is also being aware of environmental toxins, maintaining emotional balance, being conscious of how your attitudes, thoughts and beliefs shape your life, and finding a personal spiritual harmony of being," counsels Andrea Switzer. Many personal stories will help you see how you can create a better, healthier you by making more conscious choices in all areas of your life - a body-mind-soul approach. The book's holistic insights represent Andrea Switzer's approach to helping hundreds of clients and students achieve their fitness and health goals in one-on-one training, group training, small and large classes, and with aromatherapy, reflexology and massage. "It's all about the choices you make and the action you take for your own health," she advises. You can find the author at AndreaSwitzer.com.
