Norman Aladjem was born in Montevideo, Uruguay, and has truly lived the American dream. After graduating from UCLA Law School, he started his career as an entertainment attorney, then became a talent agent, and is currently the CEO of Mainstay Entertainment, a talent management and film/TV production company. He lives in Los Angeles with his family and their four dogs.
