Erin Ramachandran holds a master’s degree in healthcare administration and is a certified Mental Health First Aid USA instructor. Ramachandran has worked in the health care industry for more than fifteen years, and is a mental health and wellness program director at one of the nation’s largest not-for-profit health plans. Erin and her husband, Keith are Christ-followers, have been married for over twelve years, and reside in Southern California.
