Marc is an Honorary Senior Fellow at the University of Melbourne’s Graduate School of Business and Economics, and Associate Director at Melbourne Business School. He has held executive positions with blue-chip companies around the world, including Shell and Lloyds/TSB.
Sir Cary Cooper is a 50th Anniversary Professor of Organisational Psychology and Health at Manchester Business School. He is founding President of the British Academy of Management, a Companion of the CMI and a Fellow of the (American) Academy of Management, Chair of the Academy of Social Sciences, President of the CIPD, and the Editor-in-Chief of the Wiley-Blackwell Encyclopaedia of Management. In 2014, Sir Cary was awarded a knighthood in the Queen’s Birthday Honour’s List for his services to social sciences and is a regular contributor to radio and TV.
