This book is short and to the point. I was able to read it in one sitting. There's no BS, but there is compassion. It's compelling. It's encouraging. It's persuasive. I'll tell all my smoker friends about this.

This a great book. I've been homesteading everything from my small backyard to 600 acres and there is information useful for every scenario in this book. There are some areas you will want to research further probably, but it covers basics for most areas of interest and enough details for much of them that will get you a good start in reaching your goals. I highly recommend this book as a good place to start for beginners and newcomers to the world of homesteading and an excellent source for even those of us with more experience. It will be a good addition to your library of guides and resources.

Excellent book which I think helps to overcome the really difficult decision to stop smoking. I suggest that you watch this man on Utube and then buy this book. You will not regret these choices.

Lots of good tips here to quit smoking. I've been trying to help my brother quit for the past 6 months and my hope is with the tips in this book he can finally quit. Also some of these tips can be applying to other addictions in your life.
