Olivia H. Miller is a freelance writer and RYT (registered yoga teacher) who has practiced yoga for over twenty-five years. She is the author of eight wellness and exercise card decks, including The Chakra Deck, The Yoga Deck, and The Stretch Deck. She is also the author of Essential Yoga, a hatha yoga reference book. Olivia facilitates stress reduction, energy balancing, and therapeutic laughter workshops and classes in yoga studios and at workplaces, conferences, and retreats. She lives on Cape Cod in Massachusetts.
