Takako Miyoshi has a degree in graphic design from Tokyo’s Tama Art University. After working as a designer for a Tokyo-based retail chain, she decided to become a freelance illustrator. She hosts an annual My Favorite Things solo exhibition, which she has done very successfully in Japan for over 30 years.
