Walk into life’s experiences, continually learning to observe rather than judge, listen rather than take it personally, and ask yourself continually, ＂What part of me is affected for good or for otherwise . . . and why? Then WRITE IT.

This will lead you to the ＂WRITE＂ to love, live, laugh, dream, be heard, listen, adventure, let go, go deeper into the solution, express anger, hurt, open wounds that have healed shut before the trauma has been released, enter with courage, consistency, and awareness, and most of all, enter with trust in yourself. The path is not easy. It doesn’t show up without pain. It didn’t get there without pain, but it will also show up with excitement and inspiration, and it will gift you an opportunity to meet more of you. And you’re worth it!

I have spent years writing and detailing emotions with words that can move and inspire creative thinking. Within these pages are years of healing and listening to my soul voice and so many others, with the intention to heal and peel away all we think we need for a moment and find all we know we are and can be and start healing forward and empowering movement toward reclaiming our own inner power.
