※ Change of color and size is not allowed for replacement, only the same product can be replaced. If the product you ordered is not what you need, please return it (by referring to how to return). ※If the domestic order (receipt/pickup place in Taiwan) goods have been brought abroad and a return or exchange is required, the postage of self-return will not be refunded. For product exchange, new products can only be sent to Taiwan (cannot be sent overseas). It is advised that you confirm that the product is flawless before taking it out of Taiwan.
※For overseas orders, only a return of the defective product can be applied online. If the goods are returned for personal reasons, the postage for self-returning will not be refunded. After receiving the parcel within 10 days of the cooling-off period (including holidays), log in to the member area, click "See the complete content" under the order number in "Order Inquiry", and click the [Apply for Return/Exchange] button above.

After accessing the return and exchange application screen, please check the goods to be returned, the processing method, the quantity, and the reason, fill in the receiving information of the new goods, and then click "Next"
Please go to "Order Enquiry" to check the return number and complete the shipment before the application deadline (you can refer to the 7-ELEVEN return instructions).After delivering the returned parcel at the 7-ELEVEN store, you will receive your returned parcel within 3~4 working days, and you will be notified by Mail. Remind you that some products (such as 3C, home appliances, or products that have been opened,...) need to be inspected by the manufacturer, so the processing time will take about one week. After the manufacturer's inspection is completed, we will arrange a replacement for you as soon as possible. Refund matters and notify you of relevant progress by E-Mail.
Please pack your returned goods properly. If there are gifts and accessories with the goods, please return them together. If the returned goods cannot be restored, it may affect the return rights or bear part of the cost.
Please note that if the delivery size does not meet the requirements, the store will reject it
Currently, there is no exchange service for other products. Please return the original products before re-ordering other products.
Since the exchange is limited to the same product, different sizes/colors are regarded as different products. Therefore, if you want to change to another size/color, please return the original product before re-ordering.
If the goods you receive are not in conformity with the goods you ordered, are lacking or are damaged or defective, please provide photos and notify the customer service center to handle the return and exchange service of the original goods.
