Dr. Jessica Djabrayan Hannigan works with school districts and county offices in California on designing and implementing effective, successful school and district Response to Intervention (RTI) and Multi-Tier Systems of Support behavior systems. She trains schools on the Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports (PBIS) Champion Model System that she designed, focusing on teaching teachers, administrators, and support staff to create behavior intervention systems similar to academic systems in schools. She is an adjunct professor at Fresno State in the Educational Leadership Department. She is the co-author of The PBIS Tier One Handbook and Don′t Suspend Me!, both written to support ongoing implementation and sustainability for designing equitable behavior and discipline systems in schools.

Dr. John E. Hannigan is in his eighth year as principal of Reagan Elementary in the Sanger Unified School District, which under his leadership has earned California State Distinguished School, California Title I Academic Achievement Award for closing the achievement gap by the California Department of Education; California Gold Ribbon Award; four time California Honor Roll; and many other awards, including three time Gold Level Model School recognition from Fresno County Office of Education for Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports. John is Sanger Unified’s 2016 Administrator of the Year and Fresno County Office of Education Administrator of the Year finalist. He is an adjunct professor at Fresno State in the Educational Leadership Department and the co-author of Don′t Suspend Me!
