作者簡介

Dr. Jaya Chitranshi, Professor at Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies, Pune is a Ph, D. in Psychology and Masters in Business Administration from the University of Lucknow. She has 24 years of teaching and research experience. She is the recipient of Junior/Senior Research Fellowship (UGC), Kali Prasad Memorial Award (Lucknow University), Literati Outstanding Reviewer Award (Emerald) and Outstanding Woman Management Teacher Award (AIMS International). Her teaching and research areas are organizational behaviour, effective teaching pedagogies, performance management and employee well-being. She has published various research papers and has also been part of corporate consultancy projects.


Dr. Komal Chopra is an Associate Professor at Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies, Pune. He has more than 16 years of experience in academics and research. He has conducted management development programmes for Godrej & Boyce, Wipro, John Deere, Cognizant and Directorate General of Resettlement, Government of India. He has also delivered guest sessions at the University of Witwatersrand, South Africa, and Katmandu University. He has done research and consultancy projects for Ministry of Corporate Affairs, ICSSR, Tata Motors, Springer Nature and Bilcare Research. He has been a prolific researcher.


Brig (Dr.) Rajiv Divekar is the Director of Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies for the last 14 years. Prior to this, he was Head of Faculty Strategic and Operational Studies at Army War College and faculty member in Defence Strategic Studies at Defence Services Staff College, Wellington. A Ph.D. and BE (civil), he has a rich experience of strategy, planning, logistics and human resource management based on his service with multinational teams as part of United Nations Force. He is a recipient of many awards in the field of education. He has been awarded "The Rashtriya Vidya Gaurav Gold Medal" by the Indian Solidarity Council, the "Rajiv Gandhi Education Excellence Award" by International Institute of Education and Management and the "Education Leadership Award" by Education Leadership Awards, Dubai.
