作者簡介

JEAN-CHRISTOPHE POIRIER worked his way up at Toque! under chef Normand Laprise and at Lumière under chef Rob Feenie. In 2017, he opened St. Lawrence, which quickly earned acclaim as one of the best restaurants in Canada, amongst several other concepts in the Kitchen Table Restaurant Group. This is his first book.
