Andrew Baker comes from a long line of Bakers. A natural born baker and keen amateur baker, he has been a lifestyle writer and editor for the Telegraph for more than a decade (he is currently Weekend Features Editor). During this time, he has worked with many of Britain’s finest chefs and artisanal food creators and is an expert on the heritage of British food. His first book, From Bean to Bar: A Chocolate Lover’s Guide to Britain, was published in 2019.
